Request for a Multi-Phase Impact Assessment in the Salish Sea

SSIGA made a request for a Regional Assessment (RA) of the Salish Sea under Sections 92 and 93 of the Impact Assessment Act (IAA). This letter follows up to expand on our position and approach.
